Our world is full of natural wonder. There are so many beautiful things created that we do not fully understand or may ever comprehend. Fluorite is the stone for students! This is a great stone for mental clarity and focus. Great for those who suffer from ADHD or other attention disorders. On an interesting note, Fluorite grows in near perfect cubes and octahedron shapes in ideal conditions.

Most commonly found in purple and green varieties this stone is known as a stone for geniuses as it is believed to raise mental awareness so greatly. This is a beautiful stone to add to the collection or to wear when you need a little mental boost.

Unakite, the Stone of Marriage

Unakite is a type of Jasper, usually in the colors of muted green and pink. It is a gentle healer, and is known to have been given to new brides on their wedding day to ensure a long and prosperous marriage. It is also believed to aide in conception of children, and was given to ensure that marriages produced many offspring!

Geode's, Natures Beautiful Surprise.

Geodes are known for holding energy. Think of one crystal and the power that it holds and amplify that by the amount of crystals that a geode holds and you have an exponentially more powerful generator. Geodes are formed in the earth when bubbles of lava cool. Water and minerals drip into cracks in the bubble forming beautiful crystals. Different minerals and inclusions cause geodes to have different colors, such as citrine and amethyst.

For crystal healing geodes are good for medication, hold one when you are trying to concentrate and breathe deeply to feel their relaxing powers. My husband and I have a love of geodes and we have dozens, possibly hundreds around the house, that we have bought, dug up ourselves, and just found on the roadside sometimes.

Garnet is a beautiful deep red stone. As such is is a great healer for Co ditions of the blood. I have a good friend who is diabetic who wears garnet and swears by its ability to reduce her blood sugars.

It is also known as a protective stone. I think anything that is meant to heal your body can also be a great protector as well. This is a good stone for those who wish to protect against not only diseases but negative outside forces as well.

Opalite is known as the Stone of Eternity. This is due to the belief in crystal healing that Opalite can open your crown chakra. Opening the source of information into our brains and making that which was once unknown, known to us.

Larimar stone of calm.

Larimar is found only in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean Sea. It is believed to have come from the ancient city of Atlantis. As such this is a stone of knowledge, a recording stone that holds within its blue/white depths the secrets of the lost city.
